Greg has over 23 years of experience in the management of numerous projects including public realm, development planning, traffic and environmental issues, transport assessments, environmental statements, and most recently, public transport interchange and transport development areas. He’s also well versed in other sectors including retail and leisure, arena and sports stadia, and the industrial and commercial markets.
Having worked on major regeneration projects for both the private and public sectors, Greg has been involved in projects including land surrounding Wembley Stadium, Bermondsey Spa, Heygate Estate (including Elephant & Castle), Lower Don Valley, Beam Park, and Barking Riverside. Most recently, he also worked on an award-winning master plan project: the Eddington Site at North West Cambridge for the University of Cambridge.
From greenfield developments for housing to urban regeneration projects, Greg keeps up to speed with the changing dynamics in movement. His ambition? To ensure that the developments he works on have a flexible approach to changing movement patterns.
